Logistics Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic individual who is fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7 to include days, nights and weekends as required in partnership with Morrisons Loss Prevention Specialist. This regional role will be required to cover a number of our logistic sites across the south inclusive of Corby, Latimer, Swan Valley, Willow Green and Sittingbourne.

Role Responsibilities

1. To work in partnership with Morrisons Loss Prevention Specialist
2. Build effective working relationships with all onsite officer and key stakeholders
3. Train, coach and develop security officers
4. Manage the service standards at their respective sites
5. Ensure AI's are maintained and adhered to
6. Support implementation of new initiatives
7. Support Loss Preventions Specialist in gathering intel for crime investigations
8. Support site security teams on completing low level crime investigations
9. Check and resolve minor security equipment faults
10. Escalate all security equipment faults which cannot be resolved locally
11. Manage poor performance of security officers
12. Ensure sites receive the correct level of cover

Further Details

Salary: £15.00 per hour

The successful applicant will also receive an enhanced holiday allowance (24 days plus bank holidays), Death in Service insurance and an enhanced employer pension contribution. The candidate will be expected to work 45 hours per week.
