Logistics Specialist

As a trusted recruitment partner for some of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, Expleo are recruiting for a Parts and Logistics Administrator, to support our innovative and dynamic customer, based in Bedfordshire, who are positioned to become the most desirable Asian automotive brand in Europe. This role is offered on an on-going contract basis and Expleo are keen to speak to individuals with an administration background, ideally within the area of vehicle parts or logistics. Responsibilities Of The Parts And Logistics Administrator Own the administration process for parts and vehicle logistics, including delivery requests, supplier shipments and invoicing Ensure parts/vehicles are ready for despatch and track progress to ensure on-time delivery Track performance of parts/vehicle logistics General administration duties and ordering of general supplies Experience required for the position of Parts and Logistics Administrator: Ideally a strong background in logistics Experience of a busy office environment Administration background Fully proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint For more information on the Parts and Logistics Administrator position, contact Jacquie Linton:
