European Head of Supply Chain & Logistics – Strategy and Design Portugal - Hybrid (60:40) Logistics & Customer Services Job Type: Permanent We are partnering exclusively with the global consumer goods business for the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics on a fantastic opportunity... The role will give the individual great scope and ownership to develop their offering to retailers across Europe, building out a brand new supply chain. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for the retail operations, including value creation, delivery proposition, customer collaboration strategy and developing their go-to-market strategy as well as distribution channels. They are a customer-obsessed business and are dedicated to delivering excellence to their customers while fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment E2E Supply Chain : Responsible for end to Supply Chain, accountable for both strategic and tactical initiatives Analyse and develop the overarching strategy for the retail supply chain delighting customers and partnering closely with retailers to drive great ways of workings and growth of these accounts Operational Model Review - Develop and execute strategies to shape a best-in-class supply chain, leveraging internal and external assets to maintain a competitive advantage. Experience working in (or ideally with) retailers, developing dynamic Supply Chain & Logistics Networks to support growth and customer excellence Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strategic mindset able to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels including at a senior level Strong experience setting up new supply chain networks with exposure across the end to end supply chain Lead on transformational projects that will shape the future success and drive innovation in the business.
