Logistics Transport Specialist

We are recruiting a UK Logistics Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Logistic Management team with day to day activities to ensure smooth flow of logistics and storage routines with GDP compliance. Liaise with UK 3PL partner – on bookings, fulfilment, inventory controls and customers complaints Monitor storage capacity and highlight any potential risks or likely increased costs Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, customers, and government entities on logistics activity Support administration of vehicles and drivers in-line with transport operator’s licence Organise transport for collection of CMO products from suppliers within the EU and UK transport trackers Support supply chain leadership team in delivering financial and operations goals around transport costs You will ideally have experience of working within a warehouse industry, ideally in Pharmaceutical or a similar highly regulated environment Experience of maintaining and managing effective stock control systems and processes Understanding of import/export formalities Good IT experience – systems and excel A competitive salary
