Manager - Distribution and Logistics

HSE recruitment are working with a global manufacturing company to find them a new SHE Manager at their facility outside of Crewe. This is a very fast paced site going through increased industry demands so they need someone who can join a transitioning business and who can react and adapt to changing demands and pressures. Reporting into the senior site operations manager and a dotted line into the division SHE manager, you will have the autonomy to lead SHE across the site with your team of 6 with the support of the wider group. Being part of a larger group you will implement group policies and reporting upwards on key data. Salary and package- up to £62,000 + 10% annual bonus, pension is matched +2% at max 8%, 25 days holiday + BH, life assurance 6x basic salary.
