Scan RUN POD's/organise for archive Kitbuilding Daily Operations Meeting sheet Daily Cost Tracker Time sheets daily for all Agency Staff Update hours spreadsheet Investigations General Enquiries Providing ETA's Printing/preparing S/O Picks Logistics Weekly Report (Fridays) Update Weekly Info PowerPoint (Fridays/Mondays) Essential:- Extensive administrative experience High Level of all Microsoft packages Salesforce and Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial. Logistics experience This is a Monday - Friday role, working 8 hours per day with varied start times depending on the needs of the business.
