Job Description - Operations Support

Operations Support Location Hybrid work in Castle Bromwich :

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This role will work with all stakeholders involved in the Imports and Exports Operations for CKD and will support for all matters relating to the Operations & Facility issues & to work with the Lean Logistics Provider Management Teams to support our customer and UK stakeholder requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support start of shift Teams Meeting & liaise with LLP Daily.
  • Interface with 3LP (Logistics providers) to Improve & Optimise capacity & utilization within the operations.
  • Raise all shopping carts for ad hoc repairs or special requirements on SAP.
  • Be able to Raise Consumable orders through IESA and track (KPI)
  • Track all damaged stillages, supervise return & repair and track costs
  • Circulate latest Safety bulletins and alerts to 3LP
  • Support Resupply & RFU Supervisor ‘D' grade as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Experience working with remote diverse multicultural teams and remotely with non UK cultural environment.
  • Previous experience in Logistics Operations
  • Experienced problem solver and experience using recognised problem-solving tools, including PPS 8D, 5 Why's and other problem solving techniques.
  • Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication & PC skills.
