Supply Chain AnalystFully Remote workingSalary up to £35k + BonusThis is a great opportunity to work for a Supply Chain professional tojoin an exciting food brand. The brand has a range of innovative productslisted in the UK grocers and internationally and are looking to expandtheir supply chain team. This is an SME so the role will be broad and willallow this person to get involved with all areas of supply chain.Responsibilities:Comprehensive oversight of outbound supply chain, serving as theprimary liaison customer supply chain teams.Manage the stock on hand, completing stock checks and managing stockmoves/returns promptly as they occurManaging the processing of customer orders and collaborating with ourthird-party logistics provider (3PL) to ensure orders are fulfilled On TimeIn Full (OTIF).Monitor and analyse monthly demand and ensure customer orders alignwith forecasts, escalating where this is not the caseManage the relationship with our third-party logistics (3PL) warehousepromptly addressing concerns and issues.Keep sales teams informed of any stock shortages and collaborate withthe Supply Chain Manager to track and advise on stock availability.Manage the Goods in process as port and with the 3PLWork with some local suppliers to arrange collection of stock in to thewarehouseCollaborate closely with the Supply Chain Manager on upcomingprojects.Cultivate relationships with key customers to ensure optimal supplylevels, addressing supply discrepancies courteously.Analyse and monitor sample deliveries to optimise cost efficiency.Coordinate with Marketing and Sales TeamsUndertake other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Supplychain.Experience:Experience: Seeking an accomplished operations or supply chainprofessional (2-4 years of experience) eager to advance to the next levelin their career.A Determined Attitude: Innately driven and committed to excellence, youconsistently strive for high standards.Analytical Aptitude: Detail-oriented and proficient in numericalanalysis, you excel in working with Excel.SME Ready: Self-motivated and adaptable, you thrive in dynamicenvironments, adept at managing shifting priorities within a small,bustling team.Team Player: Valuing collaboration, you actively contribute tofostering a positive team culture and enjoy working alongside others toachieve shared goals.
