About Our Client

Our client is a large pharmaceutical provider who supply to some of the largest household names across the world! The company are currently undergoing a system transition and require a SAP Logistics Administrator to assist in logistics and stock transfer across the United Kingdom. The business has grown at 11% YoY in turnovers over in access of £500million per year!

Job Description

As a SAP Logistics Administrator you will be a key part of the team reporting into the Logistics Optimisation Manager working 2 days per week from the Nottingham based Head Office. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Processing purchase orders onto SAP
• Solving any logistics queries
• Processing documentation and invoices onto SAP
• Communicating with Supply chain and credit control
• Sending samples
• Arranging the return of stock

The Successful Applicant

The successful SAP Logistics Administrator will ideally have a background in the use of SAP and be commutable to the Nottingham based head office - along with the following skills:

• SAP knowledge is desirable
• Logistics, warehousing and/or transport knowledge is a must
• Key attention to detail
• Experience in an administrative position.
