We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Security Officer at one of our clients based in Sunbury-On-Thames, working as part of a diverse team and hard-working team dedicated to delivering the best products and services to its customers.  Whether based on the staff entrance or Gatehouse, you will be providing a visible preventative security presence by providing access for staff and Vehicles and concourse area patrols ensuring that all the assets and premises are secure.

Main Responsibilities:  

• Maintain the highest personal standards of turnout and bearing and always demonstrate a professional manner towards your team, Wilson James and the client's staff and visitors.
• You must be always alert whilst on shift to potential hazards; check for fire and flood and report any serious incident (e.g., flood, fire, or theft) to the Control Room immediately.
• Make rounds of inspection at fixed intervals and report in by means of radio or other devices.
• Prevent the admittance to the premises of unauthorised persons.

Essential Skills  

• SIA Licence
• Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills  
• High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
