Warehouse Manager Monday - Friday The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our Warehouse, overseeing the goods in / products out process, maintaining stock control and upholding the highest standards of safety and organisation. Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience / knowledge of Warehouse Management systems. Good understanding of Health & Safety and legal requirements for Warehouse operations. Counterbalance and/or reach FLT license (Desirable) To manage, motivate and develop the team of Warehouse Operators to meet productivity targets safely and efficiently. To ensure the timely allocation and completion of Warehouse Operations tasks with strict adherence to the Company’s processes and procedures, goods in receipt, unloading, inspection, labelling / documentation, and storage, picking for customer orders, picking for production, cycle counting, housekeeping To develop and promote high levels of inter-department communications and collaboration by the Warehouse team and Customer Service / Purchasing / Production / QHSE functions. To develop and maintain a high level of Health and Safety awareness across the Warehouse Team and deliver Quality and Health & Safety communications.
