Warehouse Manager – Telford - Permanent L & C Consulting are recruiting for a brand new, permanent Warehouse Manager to join and help lead a small team of Warehouse and Ops team. This permanent post will suit a reliable, hardworking and flexible individual with strong man-management skills. Working days, Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00) and reporting into the MD, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Run a small team of warehouse / Despatch operatives and office staff, including workflow management and efficiencies, checking work, monitoring attendance etc Stock Management and Allocation H & S & general housekeeping Staff training, development and performance management Hands on support of both warehouse, despatch and other functions Previous warehouse management / supervisory experience is essential. You will be well organised, motivated, IT literate and have a logical approach to your work as well as having a stable, consistent work history. This is a hands-on role, and you will need to be happy to ‘muck in’ when needed so you will need to be physically fit.
