Billing Specialist

Kinetic is looking to recruit an experienced Billing Specialist for a short-term contract position, with the potential for the right person to be extended and become permanent for a leading company in the Aberdeen area.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Process and Pipeline Services UK Billing Life Cycle Management and Reporting for assigned customers.
2. Past due monitoring and reporting.
3. Cash Collection follow-up.
4. Creation of sales orders and projects in the system.
5. Updating the system with Down & Upsells.
6. Gathering and collating paperwork to bill.
7. Creating and sending invoices.
8. Reconciling deal machine.
9. Weekly revenue reporting through weekly calls.
10. Keeping track of billed / unbilled weekly.
11. Accruing the unbilled revenue on month end Oracle.
12. Reconciling the revenue at month end in Oracle.
13. Supporting operations on country requirements queries.
14. Ad hoc projects as required.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in Billing, Finance, Financial Admin in an applicable industry.
• Good financial maths, numeracy, and accuracy skills.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook fluency.
• Experience with Oracle and/or SAP an advantage, training will be provided.
• English spoken and written fluency mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Determination to continuously pursue delinquent payments.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8.30 - 17.00

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour

This role may be considered for a Hybrid role in the long term.
