What you will do in your working day

In this varied role in General Office Administration Duties, you will be:

• Answering the telephone & responding to customer’s emails and queries
• Preparing quotations/tenders
• Dealing with purchasing, Creation of Works Orders Receipting goods into stock
• Raising delivery & invoice paperwork
• Retrieving parts from stock and preparing for release
• Organising courier collections
• Ordering office & packaging supplies

The training you will be getting

On completion of the apprenticeship, you will have achieved the following qualification;

• ST0070 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard

The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of final end point assessment.

This will include on-site training at Interface Manufacturing
