• To be a pivotal point of contact for the pre-sale customer, working in close alignment with all supporting departments and functions internally
• Establish and deliver a robust project plan in accordance with the customer to hand over to the project management team once an order has been secured
• Use market knowledge to anticipate change and help the business to adapt and seize commercial opportunities
• Achieving favourable commercial terms on orders
