Digital Print Operative

We are working in partnership with a Sheffield based manufacturing business who are looking to recruit for a Digital Press Operator on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative award-winning business. Working within a friendly team and reporting to the Digital Press Supervisor, your duties as a Digital Press Operator will include:

• Keeping the daily production line running
• Operating digital press machines
• Loading and unloading machinery
• Maintaining digital press room
• Manual lifting
• Make sure all re-prints are documented, checked and reported
• Independently working in the production of digital applications

The Successful Digital Press Operator will:

• Be able to work to strict deadlines
• Have excellent time management
• Have experience within digital printing
• Be able to work well independently
• Hold HP Level 123 although this is advantageous but not essential

This role would suit someone who has been working as a Printing Operative, Pre-press Operator or a Digital Printer within a printing, manufacturing, production or finishing environment.
