As the HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of HR operations, supporting and advising the Directors and Senior Management Team on all HR-related matters.
The HR Manager role requires a candidate with either a CIPD Level 5 qualification or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. They should possess extensive HR management skills, including a deep understanding of employment law legislation and HR policies. Additionally, familiarity with overseas employment and associated issues would be beneficial.
