Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are achieved. Conduct team briefs focused on quality, cost, and delivery, and gather ideas for improvement. Manage workshop calibration and maintenance according to schedules. Provide training to apprentices as needed. Drive team performance by offering direction and feedback to enhance performance. Motivate the team to foster a high-performance culture that embraces improvement suggestions. Assist in implementing engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds. Report and take action on plant or machinery breakdowns. Extensive experience and a proven track record in manufacturing supervision. Comprehension of production costs, including waste, downtime, scrap, and rework would be advantageous. Any experience in mechanical fitting would be advantageous. Competitive salary.
