Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve personnel issues in a professional,manner.
  • Ensure all customer interactions, both internal and external, are timely, and accurate.
  • Oversee and provide updates on estimating, sales, deliveries, and invoicing.
  • Communicate schedule statuses and details, including gaps and availability, to relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate with sales regarding pricing and progress of upcoming and ongoing projects, facilitating the use of relevant software for recording and reporting.
  • Provide backup support for all processing office functions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Proven track record in office management, skilled in nurturing team productivity and ensuring operational excellence.
  • 2 years previous office manager experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Time and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
