up to £38,000pa d.o.e annual bonus, NN14 2WB, 30 days holiday, Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm, Pension, Training, Permanent, Immediate Start

Due to continued success and company expansion, a brand new role for a Quality and H&S Coordinator has arisen, this role will be based at mainly at their mail site in Kettering, with occasional travel to their site based in Norfolk. You will be joining a well establish commercial team, providing support to production management team:

• Monitoring and compiling daily quality records for the production site, highlighting any discrepancies and driving continuous improvement (ensuring all documentation is audit traceable)
• Ensuring that ISO and BRC regulations and quality standards are being adhered too across the organisation
• Attending management meetings and voicing any quality or site compliance issues, and advising of correction action plan, working with management to ensure implantation
• Working closely with Customer Service Team in relation to customer complaints, leading the investigation and liaising findings back to Customer Service Team
• Working alongside Sales Manager with new product set ups and sign offs (updating database with production requirements, and creating job cards)
• Updating any policies, procedures and specifications as and when required
• Working with HR highlighting staff training needs for Production Staff
• Conducting internal Audits, and assisting management with the lead of external Audits
• All administration duties related to the role

We would expect the successful Compliance Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Quality and compliance regulations, knowledge of ISO & BRC regulations would be advantageous. Be an excellent communicator with a good eye for detail, and administration skills. Have a positive, pro-active manner, and have the ability to educate and influence. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Quality Administration, H&S Administration or Quality Auditor role.

You will be joining a Head Office of a company who has been established for over 50 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Operational Management Team this role offers variety on a daily basis.
