Job Description

As the Quality Technician your duties will include:

• Performing routine inspections and quality tests, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Identifying and addressing potential quality issues and provide solutions for improvement.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to enhance production processes and product quality.
• Documenting and reporting findings, including suggestions for improvements.
• Supporting the implementation of new quality protocols and procedures.
• Participating in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and standards.
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Quality Technician should have:

• Worked in a similar position previously within quality or have a strong interest in this area of manufacturing.
• A well-developed understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Good communication skills to effectively report findings and suggest improvements.
