Casual Receptionist

Charles Hurst Head Office

Working Days/Hours: Alternate Saturday’s 09:00-15:00 and each Thursday 16:00-20:00; plus ad-hoc holiday cover

Salary: £10.18 per hour

At Charles Hurst Head Office we have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Casual Receptionist. As a receptionist you will be our customers’ first point of contact and are crucial in providing a Charles Hurst world-class experience.

 

Here at Charles Hurst Head Office, you will be reporting to the accomplished Paula Murray (Customer Relationship Manager) who will support and guide you whilst in role.

Our Receptionists are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shines through during each customer interaction over the phone. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you!

• Being the first point of contact for our customers who contact Charles Hurst Head Office over the phone. You will carefully manage the switch board to ensure customers are put through to the correct onsite dealerships

• Meeting and greeting any internal Charles Hurst Head Office employees as well as external visitors

• Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment

• Always maintain highest levels of professionalism

Excellent communication skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner. You will possess strong organisation skills and a core eye for detail.

Having experience working in a similar role would be fantastic however, we are always keen to welcome on board total newbies!
