Service Coordinator

Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading technical services provider who, due to recent growth, are looking to add an Engineering Service Coordinator to their established team.

Our client is looking for a driven and professional individual to handle daily communications from clients and manage Engineer’s schedules. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £24,000, alongside real internal progression opportunities!

• Schedule engineers daily work to ensure all work is actioned in line with SLAs
• Input all stock transactions from various teams across the business
• Handle all inbound enquiries from internal and external clients
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to senior management colleagues
• Utilise the bespoke Fault Management and Additional Member systems
• Liaise with multiple internal teams to support engineers and resolve queries in a timely manner

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar Coordinator/Engineer role is essential
• Highly organised and comfortable in fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Technically proficient and able to pick up new technology and software with ease
• Provide a proactive approach in all aspects of working
