Job Description - Brand Manager / Marketing Manager

I have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager to join a fashion brand that is established globally and are launching in the UK. This is an opportunity to be part of a business that is using inhouse data science and AI technologies to improve the sustainability of online fashion. They are seeking someone to develop the brand Strategy in building the brands awareness and who can be at the forefront of the fast-moving UK market. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Brand Campaigns: Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Brand Messaging: Craft compelling brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the brand's values, story, and unique selling propositions.
  • Brand Identity: Manage and maintain the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and creative, to ensure brand alignment and integration across all initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key brand metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and loyalty, and leverage insights to optimise brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI on brand initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the brand team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experienced in a Senior Marketing role within a fashion brand
  • Proficient in digital marketing and branding campaigns (Social media and other digital platforms)
  • Critical and Creative Thinking
