Growing business with a vibrant company culture • Real opportunity to develop and progress Our client is seeking a creative-minded email marketer to join their dynamic team! You will be responsible for creating compelling email content, growing their email lists, analysing campaign performance and optimising email strategies to drive engagement and conversions across several brands within their sector. Experience in Klaviyo, or similar industry standard email marketing software, is essential for this role. The post-holder will report to the Marketing Manager and will be expected to be friendly, collaborative and a good team player. Manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including the planning, content writing, targeting, set up, execution and reporting.

• Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance, and identify innovative opportunities for further growth.
• Generate regular reports providing insight into campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and graphic design departments to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring all designs provided by the graphic design team are consistent with current brand guidelines and email best practices.

Experience of working in an email marketing environment is an essential requirement for this position. • The successful candidate must have familiarity with CRM integration systems and experience in industry standard email marketing software, particularly Klaviyo. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with an understanding of how to prioritise tasks.
