The Role

We are seeking a superstar B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join the most exciting global technology company in the CX space, based in the heart of London. Reporting to the VP of International Marketing, the contract role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has at least 7 years of digital marketing under their belt and wants to take on a hybrid strategic & implementation role for owning Digital Marketing across EMEA and APAC regions.

With UK, ANZ and Japan taking priority, this role will review the current digital activity, create a long-term action plan for turbo-charging growth, lead the International GTM, own and implement omnichannel campaigns and work with the corporate and local marketing teams to drive success.

This is not just a strategic role – we are looking for a do’er who will go above and beyond to create success and make things happen. You will be measured by your campaign and salesforce results and as the International Digital Marketing lead you will be highly motivated to lead pipeline growth coming from web, advertising, search, social and email. We are looking for a process-orientated individual who lives and breathes the fundamentals of digital marketing while innovating and taking bold action for achieving success.

What you'll be doing:

Digital marketing omnichannel strategy and implementation

  • campaign management in particular working with agencies to run paid campaigns
  • Engine Optimisation for international websites (outside of the Americas)
  • webpage creation (Unbounce/ Instapage/ Marketo Landing Pages)
  • collaboratively with the local marketing managers and with the corporate ops teams to consult on improving creative and campaign asset effectiveness

Reporting

  • monitor campaign performance, analysing the data, and adjusting approach to achieve set key performance indicators
  • as a digital leader within the team, taking responsibility for exploring and unlocking performance metrics that can enable a move to informed campaign creation
  • and PowerBI deep understanding with history of CRM data management
  • management and robust project management
  • to balance multiple stakeholders and departments to push for success
  • to detail, accuracy, and creative quality (pixel perfect)
  • communication skills with a creative edge and graphic design flair
  • to think strategically and take the initiative

Qualifications and education requirements

  • track history in developing digital growth strategies across EMEA and APAC
  • experience in working with marketing agencies
  • knowledge of SEO tools, digital marketing best practices and implementation
  • (though not essential) Marketo base knowledge for email and nurturing
  • in SaaS and/or CX industry (advantageous)
  • in a relevant field
