We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team based in Lyndhurst. Key responsibilities of our Digital Marketing Manager:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and visibility of our hotel group across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and search engines.

2. Lead the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns to drive bookings, increase occupancy rates, and maximise revenue for individual properties and the hotel group as a whole.

3. Manage the creation and optimisation of digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns, to engage target audiences and drive conversion.

4. Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend and ROI.

5. Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing and promotional strategies that align with digital marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth.

6. Oversee the management of the hotel group's website and CRM system, ensuring it is optimized for search engines (SEO) and provides an exceptional user experience across devices.
