About the role
You will be responsible for translating the marketing strategy into a digital channel strategy by working with the sales and marketing function, as well as the wider business, to deliver against the key objectives. This role will be key to driving the transformation of the website to a fit for purpose platform that drives engagement and self-serve and support omni-channel marketing campaigns and strategies.
You‘ll be the subject matter expert for all things digital and will end to end project manage a diverse mix of digital and web activity within the business operational plan. You‘ll also be responsible for managing the digital agency relationship and inputting into the marketing budget.
There are competitive salary and benefits on offer for this position, including an annual discretionary of bonus of up to 20%, a pension plan, employee discounts, and flexible benefits; in addition, there are 37 days of annual leave (31 + 6).
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 37 hours per week, Monday through Friday, where a 3/2 hybrid working pattern is available.

About you
You‘ll have a proven track record in digital marketing either client or agency side. You‘ll be confident managing CRM programmes, working with reporting and analytics to analyse customer data and derive insights to maximise conversions and drive ROI from online traffic.
You‘ll have drive, energy, enthusiasm and be able to think both strategically and analytically. You will of course have excellent verbal and written skills and be proficient in MS Word / Excel / Outlook / Powerpoint.
