Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO)Selby, North YorkshireA£30,000 per annumHybrid working option available.Full time Monday to FridayCommutable from York, Selby, Leeds, Garforth, Sherburn-in-ElmetHawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for a SEO Digital Marketing Specialist to join a well-established company based in Selby, North YorkshireThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist for an in-house Digital Marketing Team. This is a 12mth fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, although subject to performance, the incumbent may be offered a permanent opportunity.You will report to the Head of Digital MarketingThe role requires someone to be able to hit the ground running and take ownership of multiple clients.The ideal candidate will need to be analytically minded and self-motivated, with the ability to build marketing strategies, work collaborativelty with the Account Management Team, and contribute to the growth of our business.As this is a specialist role, you will need to possess technical SEO experience, gained either through a digital agency, or in-house marketing team, and have demonstratable knowledge of improving organic performance. Experience in the Automotive arena is preferred, although not essential.Duties* Creation and implementation of multiple SEO strategies.
* Perform technical audits and identify areas of improvement.
* Perform comprehensive keyword research.
* Monitor performance through Analytics and identify growth opportunities.
* Identify & acquire high-quality backlinks.
* On-page content creation.
* Work collaboratively with Paid Marketing specialists to deliver holistic strategies.
* Contributing to proposal development.
* ReportingSkills/Experience/Knowledge* SEO experience (minimum of 2 years)
* Excellent communication skills
