As a Global Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in shaping future strategy, developing strategic implementation plans, delivering branded campaigns, and leading launch excellence in key markets across the globe for an expanded indication launch. This global role is a highly sought-after development opportunity, offering scope for exposure, strategic thinking, large cross-functional teamwork, and campaign content planning and delivery.

In this role you will

  • Partner with Tier 1 markets in launch excellence including readiness and optimization for a new brand indication.
  • Closely partner with Tier 1 co-creation markets on campaign development, content strategy and partner with LOCs to support their localization.
  • Partner with the GMD on evolving strategic brand plan and lead on developing the strategic implementation plan.
  • Partner and influence a large complex cross-functional team including Global medical, market access, insights, and clinical development.
  • Build exceptional brand knowledge as well as an understanding of the brand strategy and core value proposition.
  • Drive the agencies involved in content creation and coordinate development in close collaboration with medical, and drive timely and relevant content launches to markets, incl. approval process.

  • Commercial experience in Pharma
  • Strong track record of end-to-end execution leading to commercial impact
  • Experience of brand planning and execution; experience in campaign implementation across channels
  • Experience in agency as well as project management
  • Proficient in performance management across metric types
