We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US. Challenging projects and opportunity to work with great team members Work-from-home opportunity 4 weeks paid time off Responsibilities: Lead and enhance the performance of the PPC team Spearhead marketing strategies Create effective ad copies for campaigns Be hands-on when needed to set up or optimize campaigns Support sales when needed and create marketing presentations Hands on with setting up GA4 & GTM implementation Conversion set up and confirm tracking Create analytics reports Prepare presentations to share insights and findings with clients Conduct website “deep dives” and on-demand analysis for our clients, specifically centered around Google Analytics and marketing campaign analysis. Ensuring the marketing team is achieving results for each client Requirements: Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience Expertise in Google analytics and paid search Expertise in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns Certification in data analytics Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining Adequate knowledge of data collection methods Solid experience in creating marketing strategies Proven marketing campaign experience Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask Strong copywriting skills Proven ability to manage teams and budgets Professional and proactive work ethic High competence in project and stakeholder management Excellent interpersonal, communication skills Able to work EST hours work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) We are a growing digital agency and are seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
