Role: Junior Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Milton Keynes - hybrid

Contract: Fixed Term Contract

Due to maternity leave, we now have an opportunity for an experienced marketer to join our dynamic Marketing Team based on a fixed term contract basis for twelve months.

About the role

In this varied but rewarding role, you’ll work in partnership with our Marketing Managers to bring our campaigns to life through engaging and effective marketing communications. Utilising a blend of different marketing channels and methods, you’ll work collaboratively across the group to spearhead projects, design and launch effective campaigns and, create engaging marketing assets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Bring our marketing briefs to life ensuring they are in line with key objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.

  • Managing multiple channels with experience of working with internal teams (Copywriters / Social media experts etc.) and external agencies

  • Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Experience of utilising CRM systems and the ability to understand and interpret data in order to drive lead nurturing and customer segmentation.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to Marketing Manager and senior management.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.

  • Write and develop engaging copy and creatives for various marketing materials and platforms.

To be successful in the role:

  • You are an enthusiastic with a strong track record in campaign management and content creation.

  • Someone who keeps up to date on current trends within the marketing space.

  • Ability to work in a busy, complex environment, to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

  • You’ll be creative and highly organised

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

  • You’ll be a proactive collaborator who can spearhead projects, design, and launch effective campaigns and create engaging marketing assets.
