Job Description Role: Junior Marketing Manager - Direct to Consumer Campaign Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months initially Location: 3 days per week in Chertsey office Responsibilities (in a nutshell... full JD available on request): Implement campaigns and marketing communications to encourage customers buy direct from the client by delivering tailored content to distinct audiences. Develop strong agency relationships to ensure delivery of high quality campaigns on time and on budget. What’s required for success in this role? The successful applicant will have at least 4 years commercial/e-commerce marketing experience Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including performance marketing & CRM and critical marketing metrics (ROAS, CPQV, impressions, CRM OR, CTR etc) Understanding of on-site commercial performance metrics (traffic, orders, revenue & conversion) Strong creative flair with excellent attention to detail Passionate with high energy levels – ability to work in a fast paced environment Commercially driven and comfortable with “the numbers” Team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves Ability to remain calm under pressure Succinct and clear communication style Self-reliant – takes accountability and responsibility Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products A university degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing and/or Retail
