Local Marketing Manager

About the role

We are currently recruiting a Local Marketing Manager, to be the voice of the Northern Irish customer in market, collaborating closely per the operating model to ensure the right customer plan is in place.

You will be responsible for

• Working closely with Group and ROI customer teams to ensure proposition and communications are right for the Northern Irish market
• Identify local opportunities for sponsorships
• Identify local market insights to drive growth
• Work closely with NI commercial and retail teams
• Cross functionally project leading the execution of the trade plans by delivering coherent campaigns across Brand, Design, Media Channel, Commercial and Channel Teams
• Delivering campaigns to agreed budgets, working closely with Customer, Commercial and Channel teams
• Being the voice of the customer for Northern Ireland within the wider ROI & Group customer teams
• Influencing the delivery and execution of all elements of all the Trade Campaigns including: Colleague engagement, Instore, Digital and Customer Comms to achieve Campaign objectives
• Working with both internal and external agency partners to build / innovate the customer Trade Campaigns in order to truly deliver against customer insight and campaign objectives
• Completing post implementation reviews of Trade Campaigns to ensure consistent improvements
• Forecasting and leading budgets effectively, always being cost conscious

You will need

• Campaign Management experience
• Experience in leading projects / Campaigns from Strategy through planning and execution
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Experience working with Agencies
• Experience handling campaign budgets
• Experience of influencing at all levels
