Job Purpose (Role Definition):
The Marketing and Events Coordinator is responsible for all external and internal events including full project management and delivery of a variety of events. In addition, responsibility of email marketing campaigns development and delivery, customer satisfaction feedback and ensuring a consistent message over our digital presence are key responsibilities. The role will play a key role in our team to ensure we effectively gain the most benefit from our events and exhibitions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organisation and project management of both external and internal events and exhibitions globally including responsibility for booking, delivery of equipment, and liaising with other departments to organise attendees
- Management of exhibition demo stock
- Input into the exhibition strategy and identifying conferences for attendance to ensure our external events align with wider company objectives
- Working within an allocated events and exhibition budget
- Taking responsibility for internal and external communications regarding planned exhibitions and events including management of exhibitions calendar
- Management of exhibition and events calendar, ensuring it is up to date and reported on monthly
- Working with sales and distributors to drive events and exhibitions engagement including events where our distributors are attending
- Management of Sales and Marketing meetings including planning dates at a minimum of twice a year, communication with attendees, booking of facilities, creating an agenda with key stakeholders, organising product requirements, booking other activities as and when required
- Follow up and analytics of events and exhibitions including communication with attendees, management of leads, feedback to managers on ROI and event, post event communications
- Responsible for exhibition design and display equipment to effectively market our products and company including stock management and ensuring it is up to date with the brand guidelines
- Organising webinars and online events for both internal and external purposes including management of event, invitations, distribution lists, advertising and promoting
- Organise internal events as required including training and educational events
- Proactively share ideas for staff, distributor and customer engagement events to improve our communications and effectively share messaging or provide training
- Internal and external communications including sales and marketing updates, service updates, bulletins as requested internally
- Implementation of email marketing campaigns
- Ensure distribution lists are kept up to date and managed into relevant communication groups
- Owner of the annual customer satisfaction survey including distribution requirements, sending once a quarter, following up, analysing and consolidating results
- Proactively share ideas on how to improve customer engagement and feedback
- Management of partner net
- Supporting the marketing team and marketing projects as required
- Updating digital content as required to support our marketing messaging and ensuring consistency of brand
- Reporting as required
- Responsible for following all processes for communication channels
- Reviewing of compliance and regulatory requirements, liaising with stakeholders as required to ensure compliance and correctness of any communication.
- Planning, organising and implementing webinars for Domestic and International markets.
- Advertising and recruiting delegates for webinar domestic and international, working in collaboration with domestic and International teams.
- Building and Maintaining mailing list from webinars, initially manually, from phase 2 of website via website.
- Maintaining webinar content on inspirationhealthcare.com website in specific webinar repository.
- Providing cover for production of SMUs in case of holidays or days off from members of marketing team
