Hybrid working after probation, 1 day from home a week

Marketing Assistant / Project Support Assistant’s Core Duties

• Support the coordination of internal projects
• Work closely with stakeholders including external
• Confirm marketing campaigns with third party suppliers
• Keep clients informed as to the progress of their campaigns
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure campaigns are on-time
• Purchase stationery and supplies for the office and raise purchase orders
• Support with the development of pitches and proposals
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Marketing, Operations, or Project Support
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) and experience creating presentations
• Good customer services experience dealing with customers over the phone and email
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional approach and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Good project management skills, managing multiple projects to deadlines
• Calm and flexible approach, who enjoys a challenge
• Excellent attention to detail
