Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Marketing Associate to join our team at O’Reilly Automotive. This is a full-time remote position based in London, England, UK, suitable for individuals at an entry-level seniority with 0 years of experience.

As a Marketing Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO) - Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives - Contributing to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials - Assisting in coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities - Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and providing reports to management

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools - A passion for marketing and willingness to learn and grow in the field
