Role: Marketing Content Coordinator
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Contract: Part-time, permanent
Hours: 17.5 hours per week (approx. 2 days per week in Teens+ centres)
Salary: £12,500
Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the brand marketing initiatives of Capella , the non-profit that operates Teens+, focusing on enhancing awareness and engagement within the target audiences of the charity’s services; Teens+ and Sleep Action .
Primary responsibilities include coordinating Capella’s physical media and digital channels, including websites, email, and social media supporting brand-building marketing campaigns raising profile and awareness of the charity and its services.
The successful applicant will be a natural storyteller with the ability to take complex information and communicate it to a wide variety of audiences effectively. You will have demonstrable experience creating content across various formats, including copywriting, graphics, and videos using digital tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar) to build brand awareness and engagement.
The successful applicant will be expected to spend approximately 2 days per week working at our Teens+ centres based in Edinburgh (Liberton Brae, Ravenscroft) and Musselburgh (Eskmills).
Teens+ is a charitable service provided by the non-profit, Capella . Teens+ is a pathway for school leavers with additional needs to fulfill their potential. We do this by providing post-school education and lifelong learning services for young people with complex communication needs including autism and learning disabilities. The service is person-centred and individualised to ensure each student, regardless of their needs, can reach their fullest potential.
Our goal is to help our students and their families prepare for the next step into post-school education, work or a new home with tailored learning, and life and social skills. Teens+ operates four centres based at Ravenscroft, Liberton Brae, and two in Musselburgh.
