Known for our specialist offerings, we are about to launch an innovative workforce management software product that will expand our reach across various market sectors. To drive this exciting phase of growth and oversee our existing portfolio of software products, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team.

Role Overview: 

As the Marketing Director, reporting directly to the Board, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies for the launch and sustained growth of our new software product, as well as overseeing the marketing efforts for our existing suite of software solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our market presence beyond the construction industry, establishing a strong brand, and driving significant revenue growth across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all software products, targeting both B2B and B2C markets.

2. Utilize your proven track record to achieve robust double-digit growth while maintaining a reasonable return on investment.

3. Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

4. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across all product lines.

5. Establish and nurture key partnerships to enhance market reach and strengthen our position in target sectors.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration, customer satisfaction, product development, and overall business success.

7. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

8. Oversee the development of compelling marketing campaigns, content, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our software products.

9. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

10. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure Propeller Studios Ltd remains competitive and forward-thinking in its marketing approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven track record of driving strong double-digit growth in marketing roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.

2. Extensive experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

5. Experience in the SaaS industry and knowledge of the construction sector is advantageous.

6. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.

8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Rewards: 

The position offers a basic salary of up to £80,000 per annum, bonus of up to 10% of salary for meeting mutually agreed objectives, share options for successfully achieving first year targets, and 24 days paid holiday.
