5 days in the office during probation, hybrid thereafter Our client is a boutique investment company looking to hire a Director of Marketing to join their London Team. This role will be a great opportunity to further expand your experience in the luxury asset investment market and demonstrate your digital marketing expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL DO You will take on a great deal of responsibility by managing the company’s marketing strategies and success. You will act as the driving force that will establish and implement a custom marketing strategy for the business.

• Clearly define and target key sales and revenue objectives
• Identify and implement strategies to source, retain and engage new and existing relationships
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing strategies and implement new actions that can improve market performance
• Regularly collect and analyse data and report on the marketing campaign’s performance with the goal of consistently improving KPIs
• Maintain communication with external marketing agencies to ensure effective use of all marketing channels
• Identify and target new areas for expansion in the digital sphere
• Coordinate with other teams such as in house-writers, Finance, and Brand Operations to create a digital marketing campaign

WHO YOU ARE This role will require someone with abundant marketing experience and a great deal of passion and knowledge of the luxury goods sector. If you are innovative, creative and confident leading a team, this is the perfect role for you!

• At least 10 years experience as a Marketing Director ideally in the luxury asset investment sector
• An impressive portfolio that demonstrates your ability to reinvent and implement an effective marketing strategy
• Experience using CRM and CMS management systems
• Able to collect, analyse and present data
• Flexible and passionate
• A team player who is comfortable managing others
• Demonstrable experience managing relationships with stakeholders
• High attention to detail while focusing on the bigger picture
