iGlobal Forum is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to take over and manage its entire portfolio of events and exciting new subscription products. The role includes complete bottom-line responsibility for creating and executing innovative marketing plans and deploying online and offline direct marketing tactics. The individual will carry overall responsibility for the strategy and implementation of marketing, communications, data, and analysis across all aspects of our portfolio.  We are looking for an individual who is able to work under tight deadlines and enjoys being part of a small, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, business-oriented, and committed team. The job is full-time and fully remote.   What you’ll do… ·      Conduct detailed event analysis and formulate targeted marketing strategies ·      Build and execute event & subscription marketing campaigns ·      Forge long-term marketing partnerships with associations and publications ·      Use a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, online PR & SEO to drive conversions ·      Engage customers using interactive and content-led marketing techniques ·      Query databases and generate list-build strategies ·      Be in charge of database reorganization and migration ·      Formulate communications strategies, including the writing of promotional copy ·      Establish close working relationships with vendors ·      Hit agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation   Who you are… ·      An events marketing professional with 5+ years of experience preferred, ideally gained within B2B publishing, conferences, or exhibitions. ·      Strong knowledge of Hubspot ·      An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a true team-player ·      A creative problem-solver and effective decision maker · Detail-focused and analytically inclined ·      Self-driven and results-oriented, you work independently and with a positive outlook ·      Keen to grow, take on new experiences, responsibility, and accountability
