Marketing Executive

Chartered Surveyors, Farm Business Consultants, Planning and Development Professionals, Valuers, Environmental Specialists and Estate Agents provide a full range of services for our rural client base.

Main purpose of the job:

As our Marketing Executive based in Richmond, you will play a key role in supporting our estate agency team.

This role will suit someone proactive and forward-thinking with a strong background in content creation and copywriting for social.

You can work cross-functionally within a highly collaborative team to contribute to the broader marketing team objectives.

You will be able to use your initiative and take ownership of activities, and the right candidate will enjoy working in a highly creative environment.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports to the Marketing and Communications Director.

The role and responsibilities:

• Proactively researching and recommending new ideas.
• Create content working alongside our estate agency team.
• Supporting with PR.
• Administration tasks in relation to projects and events.
• Proactively planning and executing the correct activity levels & correct timing
• Analyse results to identify opportunities to expand our reach and drive more engagement.
• Liaison with internal departments.
• Supporting with our videographer.
• Support the rest of the marketing team with events, reporting and writing as required.

The skills we are looking for in you:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven experience working within communications and social media.
• Experience in the property sector would be advantageous.
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Team player with autonomy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
• Enthusiastic to take on new challenges and projects.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
