Marketing Executive

Our client, based in Wokingham, is looking for the perfect Marketing Executive to join their growing team. The firm is nationally recognised as a leader in their field. This is a fully office-based role working 8:30am to 5:00pm with a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience as well as a fantastic 12% bonus plus a range of wonderful extra benefits! The role requires a driver due to the nature and location of the role. This role would really suit a motivated Marketing Executive who is seeking to support the seamless execution of marketing activities and initiatives across the business including the ownership of executing events, delivery engaging experiences for customers, analysing trends and insights, email campaigns and promotional materials!! Main Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive Role:

• Support the Marketing Manager to implement the company’s marketing plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer engagement and feedback gathered from events, providing valuable insights to inform future marketing efforts.
• Planning and and executing company events, trade shows and exhibitions to deliver engaging experiences for attendees.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to support the seamless execution of marketing activities and initiatives.
• Support the wider team in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create promotional materials and printed collateral to ensure consistency with brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on email campaigns aimed at nurturing customer relationships and driving conversions.

Skills Required for the Marketing Executive Role:

• A demonstrable passion for events and marketing, creative mindset and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
• 2 years’ experience in marketing and events.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and experience with email campaigns are advantageous.
• The ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
