Are you a passionate, hardworking writer with a flair for all things Marketing? If so this could be the role for you as we have a new exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive within our Route 1 Print Marketing team . The Marketing Exec will take a full view of the Marketing function with everything from content creation to support with event management.

The Role:

Marketing

Executing marketing campaigns or parts of a campaign to ensure delivery of marketing metrics.

• Delivery of PR schedule
• Driving social media engagement across organic and paid channels
• Deliver email campaigns in line with marketing calendar
• Showcase new approaches to social media content
• Share performance metrics with Head of Marketing

Day to day would involve:

• Sending press releases and engaging with media contacts to ensure most coverage
• Creating and monitor performance of social media posts
• Sharing performance metrics in weekly marketing meetings

Content Writing

You will be responsible for Route 1 Print's content creation.

• Creating necessary copy requirements based on marketing or eCommerce activity.
• Creating content for the Route 1 Print website.
• Producing advertisement copy for online and offline adverts that will appeal to the Route 1 Print target audience.
• Reporting on content performance and making recommendations.
• Managing content through internal systems.

Day to day would involve:

• Writing email copy for marketing emails.
• Creating product copy.
• Writing and distributing press releases

Skills Required

• Experience writing long and short form copy
• Knowledge of press process to deliver maximum coverage
• Knowledge of social media and how that can drive customer behaviour
• Knowledge of how content feeds into marketing strategy
• Ability to get into customers shoes

The Package

• £20,000-£25,000
• 09:00 – 17:30: with flexible working hours (10:00 – 16:00 core hours
• This is an onsite role 5 days per week - Unit A, Brookfields Park, Manvers Way, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham S63 5DR
