Marketing Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)

• Supporting brand awareness and activities to grow the sales pipeline through imaginative and compelling marketing campaigns, defining key messages and value propositions for Asendia UK solutions, and ensuring it is positioned well and targeting the right audience.
• You will be responsible for producing client and prospect communications, and sales support collateral, including, but not limited to, videos/webinars/infographics, peak planning communications and eNewsletters
• You will also be responsible for defining exhibitions and seminar attendance and managing prospect and client e-mail campaigns.
• Budget management, ROI reporting and collaboration with the Sales and Marketing committee to support MQL targets is also vital (through use of our CRM, Sugar)
• Management of external agencies to deliver specified campaigns (lead generation, telemarketing, creative & PR agencies etc)
• Manage the implementation and development of Internal Communication & staff engagement projects.
• Drive awareness of marketing department successes within the business & critical stakeholders
• Manage the workload of our Marketing Executive and support their professional development.
• Support the production of RFI and tender responses where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in marketing in a similar role
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
