Are you a passionate, creative and commercially aware individual? We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our award-winning Marketing team, and be instrumental in bringing the Hillarys brand to life. Hillarys are part of the Hunter Douglas group, so we're an exciting and growing company with multiple brands, and this role is a great opportunity within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be planning, developing and managing campaigns, promotions and product launches, ensuring the final output is delivered on brand, on time, and to budget, so project planning skills are essential. Never content in standing still, you'll have a "new, better, different" mindset to continuously improve and push the brand forward through your campaigns and product launches. You'll be highly collaborative and a confident communicator, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, effectively building and maintaining relationships throughout the marketing team and across the business. As Marketing Manager you'll have an understanding of offline marketing, as you'll be actively bringing the Hillarys brand to life across promotional and non-promotional customer-facing collateral. You'll need to be great at planning and putting together briefs for our design studio, as well as writing copy that can be tailored to specific audiences and media, ultimately ensuring all work is on brand to help drive the business forward. This role also includes supporting our events team with large scale exhibitions and shows, briefing and developing stall designs, setting up and representing the brand to event attendees, so events experience is desirable. Creative, highly organised and a keen eye for detail is key for this role, with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for solving problems. This opportunity will allow someone to implement great ideas to help shape the future of the marketing for the brand. You'll work well under pressure and have a proven ability to work to strict deadlines, as you'll be managing multiple projects at once.
