Marketing & PR Coordinator

We are looking for an ambitious, team playing, extremely enthusiastic Marketing & PR Coordinator brimming with ideas to join our growing marketing department.  The successful applicant will report directly to our Senior Marketing Manager, working across the planning, implementation and delivery of global campaigns and marketing activations.

Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Plan, implement and deliver global campaigns, activations and promotional activities.
• Consistently grow and develop new processes to ensure efficiencies are always optimum.
• Provide reports and analysis of marketing activities to senior managers and board of directors.
• Coordinate the day-to-day running of the full marketing team and ensure you are communicating confidently and clearly across all areas of the business.
• Confidently participate in the weekly marketing meetings.
• Act as brand guardian to approve and ensure all campaigns and content inclusive of creative and copy are on brand.

PR:

• Coming up with new and exciting angles for press outreach and cut-through PR stunt ideas to grasp the media’s attention.
• Closely monitoring press coverage and creating in depth reports.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry changes and key PR dates to make sure no relevant opportunities are missed.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant subject such as Marketing/PR/Fashion.
• At least 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of the PR industry.
• Extremely knowledgeable about our target market, to understand and cater for what our customer likes.
• Extremely enthusiastic, bringing fresh new ideas.
• As well as being efficient, you should have a strong passion and interest in all things fashion.
• Capable of switching between tasks regularly throughout the day according to demand.
• Hard-working, driven and ambitious.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A creative, proactive approach.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great project management skills.
• Experience leading a team & projects from start to finish.
