Marketing Specialist

On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an In-House Marketing Professional.This is a great opportunity to join a leading events venue in Essex, renowned for hosting weddings, events, and offering restaurant services. We are on the lookout for a Marketing Professional with a flair for creativity and strategic thinking to drive our marketing initiatives and contribute to theirgrowth and success.

Permanent/ Full time

40 hours a week and fully office based. 9am -5pm Mon - Fri and flexibility required during events.

Due to location, you will need to be a driver.

The Role:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, promote our services, and drive revenue growth.
• Craft engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, managing website content, email campaigns, social media presence, and online advertising.
• Ensure consistent brand management across all events, including music and corporate events, weddings, and restaurant services.
• Generate original content tailored to our marketing needs.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and innovate.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, participating in weekly meetings and engagements.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance, delivering monthly reports with insights to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance marketing strategies continually.

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing previous work and clients.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a preference for in-house roles.
• Solid grasp of marketing principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management, and email marketing on Wix.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Innovative and creative problem-solving aptitude.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines.
• A sociable and enthusiastic personality with a commitment to excellence.
• Team-oriented with the ability to engage with colleagues across the organisation.
