Marketing/Admin Assistant Apprentice

GLD Technical Consulting Ltd in Manchester are recruiting for an Marketing/Admin Assistant Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer which will take approximately 18 months to complete.. Duties:
- Assisting the Managing Director and Office Manager on a day to day basis, duties will include:
- Creating mailshots and sending out to clients /potential clients
- Undertaking research duties and looking at competitors
- Working closely with the Social Media Manager (external consultant)
- Producing flyers and other marketing materials
- Planning and organising meetings
- Planning organising and managing evens
- Responding to emails
- Attending Marketing functions and following up leads
- Keeping contact records for marketing purposes.
- Typing up of documents, electronic filing and keeping documents up to date.
- Managing electronic diaries.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Keeping CDM records up to date Requirements:
- A sociable individual with a positive attitude
- A good team player
- Some who takes pride in their work
- Flexible Grades:
Minimum qualifications: GCSE English & Maths Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. 30 mins un-paid lunch. 37.5 within the above hours/flexible
