The business is becoming more recognisable and more popular by the week, they’re taking market share off some of the largest brands in the world and they have a hugely ambitious leadership team which is going to inevitably drive them to greatness. They’re now looking to hire a new Performance Marketing Manager. Paid Ads/media buying has been managed by freelancers/agencies until this point but now is the time to hire a full time Performance Marketing Manager. The role sits within the Growth Marketing team and you’d be reporting into an extremely experienced Head of Growth which will be great for you from a learning and development perspective. What skills do you need to have to be considered? You need to have at least 3 years Paid Media/Performance Marketing experience. Ideally you will have experience working for an FMCG challenger brand. Strong Meta Ads experience is critical (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc) Google Ads experience is also important. An understanding of the full Digital Marketing mix would be very advantageous.
